How Moving & Organizing Works

Every box color-coded to its room and itemized before it is sealed. Every system labeled and walked through with you before we leave. Which means:
 

  • Everything is labeled before it is closed, whether that is a box going on a truck or a drawer in your kitchen

  • You know which room every box belongs in, and what is inside it, without opening it

  • Nothing leaves your house, or goes into a donation pile, unless you have said so

  • Your bed is made, and your bathroom is stocked before we leave on the first night

  • The system still works in six months, because we walk you through it before we go

A house asks you for decisions. Where does this go? Do we still need it? Who is going to deal with it? A move asks a thousand of them at once, on a deadline. A cupboard you have been avoiding for two years asks the same ones quietly, every time you open the door. Either way you are being asked to decide at the point you have the least left to give. So we take the decisions off you.

We've been doing this for over four decades. Most of our work now comes from three places: clients who moved with us once and will not do it any other way again, clients who had us do one room and called us back for the next three, and realtors who need a client's home packed, moved and presentable on a deadline that has already slipped.
